Do you offer consignment?

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. Our terms are as follows and are non-negotiable:

I require a 20% non-refundable deposit within 24 hours to hold your item for the agreed upon term while you make payments.

Layaway purchases are final sale. They are not transferable to other items, eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. If you choose to cancel a layaway or do not pay the balance by the end of the agreed-upon date, the item will be returned to inventory, and all payments will be forfeited.

Goods will not be delivered until final payment is complete and cleared by the bank.

Knox Jewels reserves the right to offer layaway on a case-by-case basis. If you  cancel the layaway, make a late payment, or fail to complete the plan by the agreed upon time frame, it will not be extended to you again.

Return Policy: 3-Day Authentication Inspection Period 

While all sales are final, I offer a 3-day inspection window after delivery so a buyer may have this ring's stated specs preliminarily tested by a qualified vintage/antique jewelry professional. This confirms only two things: that the diamond is natural, and that the gold matches the stated karat within a 2% tolerance, allowing for normal variance in testing tools and methods. It is not a full appraisal, and other opinions (condition, value, craftsmanship) aren't considered. The window starts on the delivery confirmation date, not when the buyer opens the package, and lasts exactly 3 calendar days. I recommend scheduling testing immediately upon delivery, as no extensions are given for scheduling delays.

Requirements for a Return Under This Policy 

To qualify for return: (1) Item must be tested by a qualified vintage/antique jeweler specifically for natural diamond and gold karat verification only — no other opinions considered. (2) A written report on the jeweler's official letterhead stating these results is required. (3) This report, plus notice of intent to return, must be sent via Etsy messaging within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Testing cost is buyer's responsibility; I'll reimburse up to $25 with proof of receipt if a discrepancy is confirmed. If confirmed, buyer receives a full refund including original and return shipping, plus the testing reimbursement, issued together.

What the Inspection Period Does Not Cover 

This window does not cover general appraisals, valuations, or condition assessments — only natural diamond and gold karat testing as described above. Subjective opinions on craftsmanship, quality, or value are not grounds for return. Stone or metal condition, damage, or loss occurring after the buyer takes possession is excluded, as is normal wear and tear or any condition change from time of sale. Responsibility for the item's physical care transfers to the buyer upon delivery. If no report and communication are received via Etsy messaging within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation, the sale is final and binding, with no further return eligibility.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept payment via credit card, Venmo, Zelle or wire transfer. If paying by Venmo, Zelle or wire, I offer a 3% discount.

How do you ship?

USA: USPS Priority or Express

International: USPS Priority International or Express

Please note that customs charges vary by country and are your responsibility to pay. Check with your country before purchasing so there are no surprises. If items are returned back to me as unclaimed, I am happy to re-arrange shipping but you will be responsible for the cost.

Do you offer a guarantee?

I do not offer any guarantees on pre-owned jewelry once it leaves my possession. It is normal for jewelry to need adjustments, stones tightened etc. I recommend that you insure your jewelry in case it is loss, theft or damage.

Do you offer sizing?

We do not offer sizing but we can advise you on whether pieces can be sized by a local jeweler.
