This ring has the most juicy purple mauve garnets. They are original old mine cushion cuts with large open culets. Sometimes garnets look dark, but it is not the case with this ring. I actually wasn't sure when I bought it wether they were amethyst or garnet which tells you just how gorgeous the color is.
